Refund and cancellation policy

Tiny AI Team is a brand of SD Enterprises. This policy covers everything you buy on tinyaiteam.com.

What we sell

Digital guides, delivered by email and in your browser. There is nothing physical to ship.

If you're not happy with a guide, email support@tinyaiteam.com within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
If you paid but the guide never arrived, email us and we'll send it again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment.
Refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with, through Razorpay. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 7 working days.

Our guides are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy.
If we offer a monthly plan in future, you'll be able to cancel any time before the next payment, and you won't be charged again.
